Transaction Manager
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth

Xite Realty, LLC is a Texas-based commercial real estate company focused on representing the needs of healthcare professionals and organizations. Our growing, entrepreneurial firm seeks a motivated and experienced transaction manager for our Dallas-Fort Worth office to oversee all commercial real estate transaction activities on behalf of our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attends meetings with senior broker and client to understand specific real estate needs.

  • Communicates with listing agents and landlords to understand potential space opportunities for clients.

  • Negotiates property lease agreements and purchase contracts on behalf of clients.

  • Offers tenants relevant information on leasing availability and current market conditions.

  • Creates and analyzes demographic, healthcare-specific, and competitive market data to determine potentially optimal locations for clients.

  • Accompanies clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.

  • Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant assignments.

  • Prepares, reviews, and negotiates offer letters, term sheets, and lease amendments.

  • Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions, such as representation agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

  • Assists attorneys with preparing real estate contracts, such as leases, contracts, and amendments.

  • Participates in contract negotiations and due diligence.

  • Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients.

  • Updates transaction status and details in Salesforce.

  • Attends networking and business development events on behalf of the company.

  • Other duties may be assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BBA) from four-year college or university.

  • A license to sale real estate or agree to obtain one.

  • Familiar with the Houston market and new growth trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous customer service.

  • Ability to effectively present information.

  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.

  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures, such as percentages, discounts, commissions, and basic financial analysis.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.

  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

  • Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

  • Ability to make decisions with an understanding of corporate procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
